Frequently Asked Questions
What's included in the session fee?
All packages include a pre-session consultation, the photography session itself, professional editing of selected images, an online gallery for viewing and sharing, and a print release for personal use. High-resolution files are included in most packages.
How long does it take to receive my images?
Portrait sessions are typically delivered within 1-2 weeks. Event and wedding galleries are delivered within 2-3 weeks. Rush delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. I offer flexible payment plans for all packages. A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before or on the day of your session.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date within 12 months if you provide at least 48 hours notice. For weddings, please refer to your contract for full details.
